Payment Options and Fixed Price Program

FLUCTUATING RETAIL PRICE PLAN:

On the day of your delivery, you will be billed the fluctuating retail price per gallon and a discount is offered for prompt payment.

BUDGET PLAN:

Spread your annual heating fuel cost over 8 to 10 equal monthly payments at an estimated Non-Fixed price per gallon.  The number of months will depend upon your usage.  To make sure your plan stays on track; we will review your account periodically and adjust your monthly payment if necessary.

FIXED PRICE PROGRAM IS AVAILABLE DURING THE SUMMER MONTHS

FIXED PRICE PRE-PAYMENT PLAN:

Make one payment in advance for next winter’s heating fuel at a Fixed price per gallon.

FIXED PRICE BUDGET PLAN:

Spread your annual heating fuel cost over 8 to 10 equal monthly payments at a Fixed price per gallon.  The number of months will depend upon your usage.  You can make a down payment on your budget plan to reduce your monthly payments.

DOWNSIDE PROTECTION:

This coverage guarantees that at any time during the duration of our Fixed Price Program, if our posted price on the day of your delivery is lower than your Fixed price; you will receive the lower price – Guaranteed.  There is a non-refundable cost for the coverage but it varies from season to season, we will quote it at the beginning of the program.  You do not have to buy this coverage to participate in the program, but remember, without Downside Protection, if our posted price should go down – your Fixed price will not!

Auto-Pay

With any of the plans above, we offer Automatic Payment.  Just sign up for “Auto-Pay” and we will automatically deduct your payment from your checking or savings account through electronic funds transfer or charge electronically on your credit card.
